      集中(zhong)供氣新風散(san)熱系統的(de)散(san)熱和(he)排(pai)熱能力可(ke)以按如下的(de)方法計算。

      以計(ji)算機里常見的(de)口徑(jing)120mm風扇(shan)(shan)為(wei)(wei)(wei)例(li),其(qi)風量(liang)(liang)在轉(zhuan)速為(wei)(wei)(wei)1300rpm時(shi)大概為(wei)(wei)(wei)50CFM(Cubic Feet per Minute,1CFM=4.72×10-4m3/s)。設(she)氣(qi)流進入機箱時(shi)的(de)溫(wen)度為(wei)(wei)(wei)28℃,排(pai)(pai)出機箱時(shi)的(de)溫(wen)度為(wei)(wei)(wei)38℃,溫(wen)差為(wei)(wei)(wei)10℃(或K),則(ze)單位時(shi)間里口徑(jing)120mm的(de)風扇(shan)(shan)向機箱外排(pai)(pai)出的(de)熱(re)量(liang)(liang)為(wei)(wei)(wei):(空氣(qi)的(de)比(bi)(bi)熱(re):1.005J/g.K,空氣(qi)的(de)比(bi)(bi)重:1290g/m3)

      =1.005×(50×4.72×10-4×1290)×10

      =305.96瓦

      目前(qian),絕大多數的計(ji)算機的發熱(re)(re)量都在300瓦以(yi)下,尤(you)其一(yi)般配置的計(ji)算機,其整(zheng)機功率(lv)才200瓦左右,發熱(re)(re)量遠到(dao)不了300瓦。

      上面這個公式從系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的角度(du)描述了集中供氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)新風(feng)散(san)(san)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)(tong),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流相當(dang)于(yu)輸入,氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流帶(dai)走的熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)量相當(dang)于(yu)輸出,比(bi)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)相當(dang)于(yu)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)函數。當(dang)然,在設計(ji)(ji)集中供氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)新風(feng)散(san)(san)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中的電源,CPU無風(feng)扇散(san)(san)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)裝(zhuang)置,顯卡(ka)無風(feng)扇散(san)(san)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)裝(zhuang)置的時候,還(huan)要(yao)用到熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設計(ji)(ji)理論(lun)。在熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設計(ji)(ji)理論(lun)中,有風(feng)扇的散(san)(san)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的散(san)(san)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)能力(li)與(yu)(yu)散(san)(san)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的散(san)(san)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)面積成正(zheng)比(bi),與(yu)(yu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流流量成正(zheng)比(bi),與(yu)(yu)散(san)(san)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)表面與(yu)(yu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流之間的溫差成正(zheng)比(bi),據此可(ke)以進行散(san)(san)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)大小(xiao)的規劃和氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流流量的分配。
